Bankruptcy record book, 1898-1907.

Consists of a record of orders issued in bankruptcy proceedings begun in the South McAlester territorial court under the authority of the Bankruptcy Act of 1898. Most of the entries relate to orders discharging the bankrupt petitioner from his debts, but the volume also contains orders appointing bankruptcy referees, approving the bonds of referees, and designating banks as depositories for funds received by the court in bankruptcy proceedings.
